Natomas Charter School Star Academy

Star Academy offers primary and intermediate students in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through fifth grade a rigorous, supportive and student centered educational program. We opened our doors in August 2010 with two kindergarten classes. Dedicated teachers provide innovative, hands-on learning experiences in a nurturing environment, which encourage creativity and explorations. By utilizing multi-faceted approaches, real-world examples, technology, and inquiry-based learning, our vision is to develop well-rounded individuals of character who possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to become global citizens and lifelong learners.
